Medical Surgical Float Pool RN – Gainesville, FL  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Surgical RN to fill an opening in Gainesville, FL. Daily Responsibilities for Medical Surgical RN:
  • Gather relevant health data and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for the patient.
  • Analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes, and create personalized care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety, efficient care, and provide education and support to patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
Required Qualifications for Medical Surgical RN:
  • Florida RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience – Must be currently practicing in Med/Surg
  • BLS
