Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
Location: Sabattus, ME (with potential travel)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, must be flexible to occasional Saturdays
Pay: $19–$22/hour (higher pay available for experience)
Join a professional and customer-focused team as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position offers a dynamic role where you’ll assist customers with routine transactions, manage account maintenance, and help connect people with the financial services they need.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with daily banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and more
- Respond to inquiries regarding debit cards, address changes, and account profile updates
- Open new accounts for individuals and businesses
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Support customers in using digital banking platforms
- Promote and cross-sell financial products and services
- Handle cash efficiently and securely
- Perform branch opening/closing procedures as needed
Must-Haves:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong cash-handling skills (Office retail experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School diploma or GED

- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
