Job Title: Electronics Production Assembler - Portland, ME

This Electronics Production Assembler position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, looking to support fast-paced electronics production. You’ll be responsible for preparing, labeling, and organizing components and materials for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly.  This is a full-time position in Portland, ME.

• Pull and kit components based on Bills of Materials (BOMs) and job travelers
• Label and prepare SMT feeders, reels, and trays for line setup
• Verify part numbers, revisions, and quantities for accuracy
• Communicate shortages or discrepancies with inventory and production teams
• Return unused materials to stock and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure proper handling of components using ESD protocols
• Log material usage in ERP or MRP systems
• Assist with line setup and teardown when needed
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized  

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Familiarity with SMT components and feeder types preferred
• Basic computer skills; ERP or MRP system experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read instructions accurately
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
