Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Portland, ME

Pay: $19/hr

Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

In this role, you will handle email communication, enter customer orders, and provide support to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
• Accurately enter orders into the system
• Provide clear, helpful information to customers and internal teams
• Maintain organized and accurate records of interactions
• Assist with other office tasks as needed
