Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Clerk / Administrative Assistant
Pay Range: $19.00–$21.00/hr (based on experience)
Hours: 7:00am - 3:45pm
Job Type: Temporary (length TBD – several weeks or longer)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a professional, personable individual to work at one of our client locations. An established manufacturing company in
Poland, Maine is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly professional to fill a
dual-position role that supports both
Accounts Payable functions and
Front-Desk Operations. This key position is based in the administrative office and involves handling vendor invoicing and data entry, while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Organize and match invoices and packing slips
- Verify pricing via purchase orders
- Code and enter invoices into internal systems
- Support check runs and mailing processes
- Maintain well-organized paid bill files
- Greet and check in visitors professionally
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Provide general admin support to the department
- Keep front office organized and running smoothly

Ideal Candidate Has:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great multitasking, time management, and confidentiality skills
- A pleasant, professional demeanor and polished appearance
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Previous office experience strongly preferred
