The
Customer Service Representative job in
Auburn, Maine is responsible for managing customer calls, handling order entries, assisting walk-in clients, and maintaining customer accounts. You’ll need a solid understanding of sales, customer service, and basic administrative tasks. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

Manage daily customer calls and promptly handle order entries

Maintain & update customer accounts, including promotions/ specials

Process quotes, orders, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

Assist walk-in customers at the front counter with a friendly demeanor

Provide additional AP/AR support for bookkeeping if applicable
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent

2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
-
AP/AR skills are a strong plus for future bookkeeping responsibilities

Proficiency with computers and basic marketing knowledge preferred

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Friendly, customer-focused demeanor with proactive problem-solving abilities

Ability to adapt to workload changes and maintain accuracy

Ability to pass a 10-year state background check
Customer Service Representative Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends or major holidays)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Dress Code: Business casual/ closed-toe shoes required
