Job Title: 2nd Shift Racker and Unracker

Pay: $21.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 4:30am Start Date: ASAP

As a Racker and Unracker, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. You'll work closely with the night shift team to ensure products are handled efficiently and meet quality standards. This position offers a long-term opportunity with potential to transition into plating and assist the night shift supervisor.

What You'll Do

As a Racker/Unracker, you will be responsible for: • Unloading and organizing customer products from boxes or totes • Placing and removing parts from wire racks, hooks, or barrels by hand • Inspecting and testing products to ensure quality before and after plating processes • Packing finished products and labeling them for shipment • Assembling metal racks and ensuring production deadlines are met • Reporting issues or machine problems to your supervisor • Keeping your workstation clean and safe, following all safety guidelines • Willingness to learn plating techniques and processes after becoming an employee

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • A high school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in manufacturing or plating is a plus, but not required • Ability to work independently, demonstrating leadership qualities • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Good reading, writing, and communication skills in English • Basic math and measurement skills are helpful • Dependable work ethic and problem-solving skills • Willingness to learn new processes and take on responsibilities beyond racking

Location & Schedule
