Job Title: PT Floral Merchandiser

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: 20 hours/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday OR Sunday) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a flexible and rewarding position? Join a dedicated floral team in Portsmouth, NH, as a Part-Time Floral Merchandiser and enjoy making a difference every day. As a Floral Merchandiser, you’ll help create beautiful displays that brighten store aisles and customer experiences. You’ll work closely with store teams to ensure fresh flowers are well cared for and attractively presented. What You’ll Do As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
• Watering, rotating, cleaning, and caring for floral products
• Completing light paperwork and following planograms
• Building eye-catching floral arrangements and displays
• Lifting, bending, standing, walking, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.)
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Communicating effectively with store teams and leadership

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A positive, dependable attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and self-motivation to work independently
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to nearby locations as needed
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting and bending
• Floral or merchandising experience is a plus but not required — training available

Location & Schedule This position is in person in Portsmouth, NH, with work hours primarily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, based on store needs. The schedule includes Mondays and Thursdays (~3 hours), Tuesdays and Fridays (~6 hours), and Saturdays or Sundays (~2 hours). Flexibility around major floral holidays is required. Some travel to nearby locations may be necessary.
