Job Title: Part-Time Floral Merchandiser

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Weekdays 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, approximately 20-30 hours/week, with additional hours during peak seasons and about 2 hours on either Saturday or Sunday. Start Date: ASAP

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for bringing floral displays to life in store. You'll work closely with team leadership to ensure freshness and attractiveness of floral arrangements, as well as maintain the appearance of displays. This role offers a balance of independent work and team collaboration, with opportunities to support multiple store locations within the area.

What You'll Do

As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for: • Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays • Water, rotate, clean, and care for floral products • Follow planograms and complete light paperwork • Build attractive, eye-catching displays that enhance the customer experience • Lift, move, and organize floral product and supplies (up to 40 lbs) • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods • Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Manchester, NH, with a typical weekly schedule including weekday mornings. Flexibility during major floral holidays and peak seasons is required to meet increased demand.
