As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining eye-catching floral displays, caring for fresh flowers, and ensuring the department is inviting and organized. You'll work closely with store teams and leadership to deliver beautiful presentations that brighten customers’ days.

What You'll Do

As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays

• Water, clean, and care for floral products • Receive, organize, and manage floral inventory • Complete light paperwork and follow planograms • Lift, bend, and move floral products up to 40 lbs. • Create eye-catching floral arrangements to enhance the store’s visual appeal • Keep the floral department clean, organized, and inviting • Communicate effectively with store teams and leadership

• Reliable and self-motivated work ethic • Strong communication and time-management skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Flexibility to support nearby locations as needed • Comfort with physical tasks like lifting, bending, standing, and reaching • Previous floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but training is available
