Job Title: General Production Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm (1st Shift) Start Date: ASAP

As a General Production Associate, you’ll support various production stations to ensure high-quality outputs and efficient workflows. Cross-training across different departments offers you the chance to develop a diverse set of skills while contributing to the team’s success.

What You’ll Do

As a General Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• • Moving seamlessly between different work departments based on production needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• • Training and working proficiently in at least two areas such as Manual Preparation, CNC operations, Hone and Polish, Etching, Tube and Labeling, Wheel Dressing, or EDM Machine operation.
• • Following shop documents, technical drawings, and specifications accurately to uphold quality standards.
• • Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring quality control throughout all production processes.
• • Supporting and coaching team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• • Performing additional duties as assigned to keep production flowing smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• • High School Diploma or GED
• • Strong math and counting skills, vital for ensuring precision in all tasks
• • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• • Clear verbal and written communication skills
• • Physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
