As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll help create eye-catching displays with fresh flowers and floral products. You'll collaborate with store teams to maintain attractive, fresh floral sections, ensuring every display is inviting and organized. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, a touch of artistry, and working independently to bring floral beauty to life. What You'll Do As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for

• Maintaining and merchandising fresh floral displays to attract customers
• Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products to keep them vibrant and fresh
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork as needed
• Building appealing, professional floral arrangements and displays
• Lifting, moving, and organizing floral supplies and product, up to 40 lbs

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Dependability, a positive attitude, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Good communication and time-management abilities
• Physical stamina to perform tasks involving bending, standing, and lifting for extended periods
• Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus but not required — training will be provided

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Plymouth, NH, offering flexible weekday shifts typically starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with additional hours during peak floral holidays like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
