As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in supporting the floral department by maintaining fresh floral displays, caring for floral products, and ensuring the store looks inviting and beautiful. You'll work closely with the regional supervisor to deliver eye-catching arrangements and provide excellent customer experiences.

What You'll Do As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining attractive floral displays that delight customers.
• Watering, cleaning, and caring for floral products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork to support store operations.
• Lifting, bending, and moving floral products up to 40 pounds safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with floral holiday preparations and special displays to enhance the shopping experience.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for floral design and customer service.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Previous floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Physical ability to lift and move floral products and stand for extended periods.
