What You’ll Do: As a Custodian, you will be responsible for:

• Performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of all areas within a large, multi-floor commercial building, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
• Vacuuming with cordless Dyson vacuums, dusting surfaces, and wiping down furniture and fixtures.
• Mopping floors, washing windows, and maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms by cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Disposing of trash and recycling, maintaining cleanliness in front desk areas, hallways, kitchen spaces, and common areas.
• Organizing and cleaning large conference rooms divided into two sections, ensuring they are ready for meetings and events.
• Taking on additional cleaning or organizing projects as needed, such as rug washing or shredding documents, to support ongoing facility needs.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience, preferably in commercial or multi-floor buildings.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with a dependable work ethic.
• Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and reliability.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, vacuum, mop, and perform demanding cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
