Job Title: Warehouse Worker I

Pay: $21/hour Hours: 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday (First day starts at 9:00am) Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Worker I, you’ll play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations. You'll ensure accurate inventory movement, maintain high-quality handling of materials, and guarantee a seamless workflow within the facility. Working closely with our warehouse team and leadership, your efforts will directly contribute to the efficient receiving, processing, and storage of our products.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Worker I, you will be responsible for:

• Processing daily assignments, including customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and special projects.
• Moving materials from staging areas to assigned workbenches using manual handling, pallet jacks, forklifts, or high-reach equipment.
• Reading order instructions to accurately determine process steps and necessary documentation.
• Identifying and reporting any defects in materials or packaging to ensure product integrity.
• Labeling, packaging, and preparing items according to material specifications (including weight limits and protective requirements).
• Organizing and putting away materials in the warehouse according to established product guidelines.
• Using hand barcode scanners to track all incoming and outgoing materials within our inventory system.
• Completing daily computer tasks using ERP or SAP systems on an assigned laptop.
• Transitioning between sitting and standing positions as required at your workstation.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• The ability to lift up to 45 lbs, move, bend, and stand throughout the warehouse.
• A keen attention to detail and a capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• A positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable transportation — consistent attendance is crucial.
