Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

As a Mail Room Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Emptying and sorting inner office mail bags, and packaging mail for delivery to the warehouse.
• Ensuring that envelopes and packages are sent to the correct recipients and locations based on reference lists.
• Taking initiative and problem-solving independently to manage mail processes effectively.
• Lifting and moving up to 75lbs as needed throughout the day.
• Maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Reading, writing, and utilizing critical thinking skills to enhance mail handling efficiency.
• Demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Word; strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75lbs and remain mobile throughout the day.
