• Business Development Manager- The Business Development Manager focuses on increasing revenue through new business acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, researching and qualifying leads via phone calls and emails in addition to canvassing and in-person visits.
• Recruiter- The Recruiter is responsible for matching talent with opportunities by placing employees in suitable positions for both temporary and permanent placements. The individual in this role will foster ongoing relationships while providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Market Coordinator- The Market Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to talent working and candidates. The Market Coordinator provides administrative/on-boarding support to the recruiting and sales team members.
