Job Title: Executive Assistant – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour

We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a well-established company located in Brunswick, Maine. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the company executive, facilitating communication with business partners, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Success in this role means ensuring smooth daily operations, effectively managing priorities, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Manage and assist the executive in executing priority assignments.
• Support client management relations.
• Assist with client contracts and meeting coordination.
• Support project managers with project logistics as needed.
• Open new files (both hardcopy and electronic) and maintain the office filing system.
• Print and organize the executive’s daily schedule.
• Make phone calls and set appointments on the executive’s behalf.

• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years of experience
  • Adobe Acrobat: 5 years of experience
  • Buildertrend Software experience (a plus)
