As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a variety of client interactions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that matter. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for
- Answering and transferring phone calls efficiently
- Processing payments and uploading them into company websites
- Sending email and letter communications to clients for upcoming renewals
- Pulling cancellation notices and reinstatement forms, recording details in the system
- Handling daily downloads, invoicing policies, and issuing Auto ID Cards
- Processing change requests and working collaboratively with licensed agents
- Scanning documents and attaching them to the management system
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a general office environment—standing, sitting, and using computers
- Good communication skills via phone and email
