As a Leather Cementer, you’ll play a vital role in fabricating high-quality products by precisely bonding materials, supporting overall production efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding results.

What You’ll Do:

As a Leather Cementer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and tending to cementing and gluing machines to join materials for production.
• Adjusting machine components according to technical specifications and determining the appropriate amount of adhesive to use.
• Ensuring materials are correctly aligned and positioned for accurate bonding.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficient operations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong hand dexterity with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
