Job Title: Bakery Packaging - Afternoons – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $18/hr Hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00PM  (Off: Saturday & Tuesday) Start Date: Immediate openings!  

We are seeking a Production Helper for a temp-to-hire position with our client, a well-established, family-owned bakery in Westbrook, Maine. The Production Helper will assist with the daily production of baked goods in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The Production Helper plays a key role in maintaining workflow, quality, and consistency as the company continues to grow. As a Production Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Stretching dough and placing it onto baking trays
• Loading and unloading speed racks for baking and cooling
• Reaching overhead, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift
• Supporting other production tasks as needed
• Participating in cross-training to assist various areas of production

  The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a physically active or production-based environment preferred
• A team-focused, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• The ability to adapt to physically repetitive movements and light lifting
• Physical stamina to bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced setting
• No fake nails or hand jewelry, per food safety standards
