Job Title: Manufacturing Production – Urgently Hiring

Pay: $19/hr - $20/hr Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (or later if needed), with OT on Fridays Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production worker for a full-time position for our client, New England’s oldest manufacturer of sauces, condiments, dressings, and dessert sauces, located in Westbrook, Maine. This company still produces in small batches, handcrafting with care to bring out vibrant flavors. Known for their quality, local products, and excellent service, they’re looking for team players to join their dedicated crew. The Manufacturing Production worker will receive prepared products from cook/mixers and operate equipment that packs and labels the product. The Manufacturing Production worker takes pride in ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the packing process. This is a first shift opportunity located in Westbrook, Maine.

As a Manufacturing Production worker, you will be responsible for:

• Receive and handle prepared products from cook/mixers

• Operate packing and labeling machinery

• Ensure proper fill levels, weight, capping, labeling, and shrink banding of products

• Maintain cleanliness of packed containers

• Accurately document product quantities and pallet patterns

• Follow all safety and quality control procedures

• Communicate and collaborate with team members

• Perform frequent physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Good basic arithmetic skills

• A safety-conscious mindset

• Ability to work in a physically active, standing position for long periods (up to 10+ hours)

• Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads)

• A cooperative attitude and team-player mindset

• Willingness to work overtime when needed
