Job Title: Quality Assembler Manufacturing Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (depending on shift)
Manufacturing Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Overtime: OT required during peak periods; weekly hours range from 40-45.Bonney Staffing is thrilled to partner with a well-established and rapidly growing company to recruit dedicated Manufacturing Specialists for Assembly and Warehouse roles. This is an exciting full-time opportunity where you’ll play a key role in the production process. If you have prior manufacturing, production, or soldering experience—or are eager to learn and grow in this field—this position could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Operations: Execute routine assembly tasks and assist with minor equipment setups.
Machine Monitoring: Oversee machine operations on the production floor using touchscreen computers.
Precision & Documentation: Utilize measuring tools and maintain accurate paperwork.
Material Handling: Transport materials and products between operations as needed.
Policy Compliance: Follow ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security protocols.
Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for electro-mechanical products.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong teamwork skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
