1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor Pay Rate: $26 - 29/hr depending on experience  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:45 pm Start: As Soon as Possible

The 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor position located near New Gloucester Maine is seeking an experienced supervisor with a preferred background in the Electronics Industry! You will be responsible for overseeing a small team and production line, while ensuring production goals are met and safety policies and procedures are maintained. This is a full time, 1st shift opening! 

Job Duties:

• Responsible for overseeing a team of employees
• Interview, hire, train, and complete evaluations on new hires.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Prioritize and delegate daily schedules and workloads based on customer orders and material and equipment availability.
• Interact with employees from all departments and provide updates as needed.
• Communicate issues and concerns with upper management. 
• Oversee operations and look for opportunities of continuous process improvements

 

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Manufacturing Supervisory experience in the Electronics Industry preferred
• Associates Degree or higher
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to resolve conflicts and problem solve quickly and efficiently with issues concerning employees or production.
• Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident who lives locally, as moving assistance is not offered with this employer.
