Job Title: Trim Picker / Forklift Operator / Material Selector (Immediate Need)

Picker Pay Rate: $19 - $20/hr, DOE Picker Schedule: Rotating 4-day work week (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with every 5th week off from Friday to Monday! Picker Start Date: ASAP

Bonney Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Selector for a prominent company in Bridgton, ME. As a Selector, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and tagging building materials. This role involves cross-training on various production machines, so a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes is essential. This is a 1st shift position with the unique benefit of a rotating 4-day work week!

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim Handling: Pull, pack, and tag metal trim pieces for roofing projects.
• Cross-Training: Learn and operate several production machines as needed.
• Teamwork: Work effectively within a team environment, showing flexibility and adaptability.
• Physical Tasks: Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Quality Control: Identify colors and count items accurately for packaging.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable with cross-training on different machinery.
• Strong attention to detail for color identification and item counting.
