Job Title: Extrusion Operator – Urgently Hiring Pay: $25 – $30/hr Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an Extrusion Operator for a full-time position for our client, a growing manufacturing facility located in Portsmouth, NH. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for the set-up, start-up, and troubleshooting of plastic extrusion processes and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Extrusion Operator plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, workflow efficiency, and equipment functionality. This is an immediate start opportunity in Portsmouth, NH. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and starting plastic extrusion machinery
• Troubleshooting and resolving process issues
• Handling materials and maintaining efficient workflow
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Completing accurate documentation for each production run
• Assisting with machine maintenance when needed
• Working collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive environment

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in extrusion operations or a related manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• General knowledge of hand and computer-based measuring tools
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection (preferred)
• A willingness to work overtime when required
• The physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
