Bonney Staffing has partnered with a property management company that oversees apartment units in the Oxford area to fill a Maintenance position. This role offers the chance to work in a non-smoking facility dedicated to maintaining high-quality living spaces in a supportive environment. The Maintenance job in Jay, Maine is responsible for being a versatile and friendly handyman. You’ll have a solid understanding of apartment turnovers; in-unit repairs, a variety of maintenance tasks and painting. All of the facilities are Non-smoking.  This is a full time, temporary position that could become long term.  Maintenance Qualifications:

• Friendly, adaptable, and professional around residents and staff.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. 
• Willingness to travel to other locations could add more hours.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to Sign Off on Company policies: No Smoking Policy, Sexual Harassment, “Do Not Enter” Protocol.

Maintenance Details: 

• Schedule: Part Time (20-25 hrs/week) 
• Pay Rate: $17/ hr
• Start Date: ASAP
