Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Urgently Hiring
Pay: $20/hr Hours: Monday–Friday 1st Shift, Full time! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running seamlessly, ensuring orders and product data are entered with accuracy, while also stepping in to assist with incoming calls when needed.

Responsibilities:Accurately enter order and product data into internal systems
Provide back-up support for incoming phone calls
Use Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, for communications
Learn and utilize company data systems and tools (training provided)
Assist with general office functions as needed
Occasionally support warehouse tasks when required
High school diploma or GED
Previous office or data entry experience and
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to assist in a warehouse setting when needed
