Job Title: Facilities Manager - Hiring Urgently! 

Pay: $18-22 DOE

Hours: Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-5pm

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Facilities Manager for our client, a well respected and known cleaning company,located in Trenton, Maine. The Facilities Manager will take orders, measure and assess rug  cleaning jobs, log data into a computer and generate work orders. The Facilities Manager position will also be responsible for cleaning the shop weekly, and adhering to providing outstanding customer service. This is a part time position, located in Trenton, Maine. 

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Customer service, taking orders and performing data entry

• Generating work orders and measuring rugs and upholstery

• Cleaning of the shop

• Eventually will drive company vehicles as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Must have a clean license

• Must be able to work independently

• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds

• Casual dress code
