The Human Resource Generalist job in Bar Harbor, Maine is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for HR related inquiries, as well as handling the tracking and managing of employee training and enrollment. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to assist with benefit enrollment, time card management, as well as assisting with recruiting efforts. You may also provide administrative support, as well as traveling to other job sites as needed. This is a first shift position.
Human Resource Generalist Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Strong customer service and office skills
Written communication skills
Must have previous HR related experience
Familiarity with UKG Recruiting or similar HR software
Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
Proficiency using MS Office Applications
Required Skills:
Office experience in an HR setting
Computer skills such as MS Office and Excel
Human Resource Generalist Details:
Schedule: PT 20 hours a week which will transition to FT
Pay Rate: $27+ DOE
Start Date: ASAP
