The Cook job in Orono, Maine is responsible for handling the preparation of ingredients, inventory control, cleaning and cooking. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to handle food with the highest care and safety, while creating and preparing delicious dishes! This is a temporary position. 

Cook Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Familiarity with cooking and kitchen appliances

• Willingness to adhere to food safety guidelines and procedures

• Ability to work well with a team and independently

• Ability to lift as needed and stand for extended periods of time

Required Skills: 

• 1+ years experience in a kitchen setting

• 1+ years experience customer service

Cook Details: 

• Schedule: Must have flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• Pay Rate: $20/hr

• Start Date: ASAP
