About Lisa Davis:

I am thrilled with Lisa's interactions with me. Since she is a great listener, she was very sensitive to what might not work for me without me saying a thing. She retains discretion with Melissa when communicating with me, which is appropriate. I didn't initially want to go to Gallery Leather, but as I took a weekend to think it through, I saw how well it would fit... and it was the best career decision I made in the past 5 years. I gave her all smiles because in this world, it seems like anything less invites criticism to rain down on the evaluee. And that's too bad. Basically, I would like you to know that she is doing an amazing job. She is handling her responsibilities appropriately and with sensitivity to all sides... and we can't ask anything more of those who work in her role. You are blessed to have her on your team.
