She is doing a fine job. She is courteous and professional. If I had a business to run, she'd be welcome to join the team, as are all of the staff at the Bangor office. As for my place in the job market, I am a store reviewer for the USDA SNAP program, I am a stagehand for Production Services of Maine, I accompany church services, and I volunteer as a chaplain at Northern Light EMMC. The downside is that it is all gig work. I appreciate the partnership that we've enjoyed through COVID and am glad to pick up staffing shifts (particularly in concessions at Cross Insurance Center) as opportunities intersect. The upside is that I get to use my education and skills in a variety of ways.
Lisa was professional, timely, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and encouraging. I was skeptical to try utilizing Bonney Staffing but after working with Lisa I am so glad I took the chance!
Lisa was very nice to work with. She called me and kept me in the loops for things. The only recommendation I have is for Bonney Staffing overall, you should list online and verbally tell applicants whether a job you are advertising is direct hire, temp only (and for how long) or temp to hire. For a job that I had a virtual interview with I had no idea the job was temp only for 3 months with a chance for a few more months maybe. I was looking for full time permanent direct hire or temp to perm.
