As a Receptionist, you'll help ensure a smooth workflow while creating exceptional experiences for employees, customers, and visitors. You'll work closely with the administrative team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for

• Screening and distributing incoming calls as an active member of the call group.

• Greeting clients, visitors, vendors, and marketing representatives with a professional demeanor.• Advising associates promptly and appropriately of visitor arrivals.• Preparing and organizing daily outgoing mail and shipping for USPS Priority, FedEx, and UPS.• Processing FedEx and UPS payments and completing additional administrative assignments as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills.• Strong communication skills.• Previous reception experience preferred, along with the ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday on-site schedule.
