Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Pay: $18-20/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a friendly and organized professional to be the welcoming face of our office? Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in Bangor and help us create a positive environment for staff and visitors alike.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional customer service every day. You'll work closely with our administrative team to support daily functions and ensure all visitors and callers are well cared for.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for

• Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls and emails
• Providing accurate information both in person and via phone/email
• Assisting customers with website and app navigation 
• Performing general administrative duties to keep the front desk organized and efficient

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Associate, or similar role
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and a quick aptitude for learning new software
• Hands-on experience with computers, cell phones, scanners, copiers, and printers
• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and organization

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Bangor and offers a part-time morning shift from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
