Dishwasher & Food Service Worker (Dining Services) – Orono, ME

Pay: $18.00–$19.84/hr Schedule: Multiple shifts (days/evenings); weekend availability needed Start: ASAP |  Type: Temp

Join a busy dining facility in Orono, ME supporting students, staff, and faculty. We’re hiring reliable team players for Dishwasher and Food Service Worker openings. You’ll help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen/dining areas; remove trash
  • Help unload and organize deliveries; restock supplies
  • Assist with basic food prep and meal service as needed
  • Provide friendly customer service and support to the team

What we’re looking for:

  • Food service/kitchen/custodial experience is a plus (not required)
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
