Hours: Full-time and part-time hours during store hours - Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, Sunday 9 am to 4 pm

As a Retail Cashier, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting visitors, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. You'll collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, keep shelves stocked, and uphold store cleanliness to provide a great experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers and answer basic questions
- Run the cash register and process purchases
- Stock shelves (clothing/footwear) and keep displays organized
- Keep the store clean and “recovered” throughout the day
- Support the team with other tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and comfortably.
- Availability to work during store hours, including weekends.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Damariscotta, Maine, and offers full-time or part-time hours during store operational hours, Monday through Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 4 pm. Flexibility for part-time work may also be considered.
