What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with manual hand tools.
• A solid work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform fine motor tasks.
