As an E-Commerce Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the critical link between the company's digital storefront and its physical inventory. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and vendor teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver results that make a difference. What You’ll Do: As an E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain online order portals to ensure a smooth digital shopping experience.
• Manage website updates including pricing adjustments, user account creation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate warehouse and vendor operations to power efficient order fulfillment.
• Track shipping progress and monitor stock levels to prevent inventory gaps.
• Audit inventory records and manage the procurement process for new supplies.
• Process purchase orders with a high degree of mathematical accuracy.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Personal Characteristics: High tech literacy with the ability to navigate Windows and web-based stacks quickly; strong independence and the ability to manage a "to-do list" without constant supervision.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a general office setting, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time on occasion.
• Bonus Points: Experience in the Print/Graphics industry or familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce backends.
