Job Title: Retail Associate Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Mon & Wed: 12 PM – 4 PM; Fri: 12 PM – 5 PM (Training: Wed & Thu 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a flexible schedule or seeking extra income? As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring sweet experiences for every customer who visits our retail location. You’ll work closely with a small team to deliver results that make a difference. What You’ll Do: As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate the register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the Square system.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions regarding various flavors and ingredients.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the storefront throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with a co-worker to ensure smooth shop operations during each shift.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, "people person" personality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a duo.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Freeport, Maine. The regular schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Initial training occurs Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m. Ready to Take the Next Step?
