Pay: $20 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: January 12, 2026

What You’ll Do:

As a Leather Cementer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and tending to cementing and gluing machines to join materials for production.
• Adjusting machine components according to technical specifications and determining the appropriate amount of adhesive to use.
• Ensuring that materials are correctly aligned and positioned for accurate bonding.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong hand dexterity with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for the entire shift duration.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• A positive and friendly attitude.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
