Looking for a hands-on role in a supportive environment? Join a close-knit dining services team as a Grill Cook/Food Prep in Presque Isle, ME and make an impact every day. As a Grill Cook/Food Prep, you’ll ensure smooth workflow and great dining experiences for staff and college students. You’ll work closely with the kitchen management team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a Grill Cook/Food Prep, you will be responsible for:

• Operating the grill station to prepare high-quality meals for students and staff.
• Managing the pizza oven to ensure timely production and consistent quality.
• Performing essential food prep tasks including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients accurately.
• Maintaining the salad bar by restocking items and ensuring a clean, organized presentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all diners in a fast-paced environment.
• Following all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food handling experience is required; comfort with high-volume grilling is a must.
• A driven, "can-do" personality with a willingness to help the team wherever needed.
• The ability to stand for the entirety of the shift and work in a high-heat kitchen environment.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Presque Isle, ME and offers full-time varying shifts ranging between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This is a temp/seasonal opportunity.
