What You’ll Do:

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients and visitors with warmth as they arrive at the clinic to foster an inviting atmosphere.
• Checking patients in for appointments by verifying personal information and insurance details.
• Managing efficient check-out processes by communicating all necessary follow-up steps to patients.
• Handling incoming phone calls to address inquiries and directing callers to the appropriate staff members.
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling system to maximize patient satisfaction.
• Processing patient payments accurately and maintaining comprehensive records to ensure financial integrity.
