Job Title: Shipping Supervisor Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Start Date: ASAP Looking for a leadership career in logistics? As a Shipping Supervisor, you'll lead shipping, spare parts fulfillment, and distribution operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll work closely with production, purchasing, planning, customer service, quality, finance,warehouse teams, and carriers to deliver results that make a difference. What You'll Do As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be responsible for

• Supervise, coach, and direct Distribution Coordinators, Spare Parts Fulfillment, and Shipping teams.
• Plan and prioritize daily workflows for customer orders, spare parts, transfer shipments, and outbound freight.
• Oversee picking, packing, labeling, staging, documentation, loading, and shipment release activities.
• Monitor shipping performance, investigate discrepancies, and resolve fulfillment delays, inventory issues, and delivery concerns.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, stocking level reviews, process improvements, audits, and team training.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have

• An associate degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or a related field preferred. 
• Five or more years of experience in shipping, distribution, warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
• Prior lead, supervisory, or team coordination experience in a shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, inventory control, ERP or warehouse systems, Microsoft Office, and freight documentation, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
