Job Title: Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician, you'll fit, assemble, finish, and inspect precision components. You'll work closely with a quality-focused production team to deliver results that meet exacting standards.

What You'll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for

• Installing helicoils and pins using manual and automatic hand tools.

• Deburring, polishing, and breaking edges using hand tools, blast cabinets, and tumbling machines.• Fitting and assembling components while verifying dimensions and alignment.• Cleaning, inspecting, and pressure-testing parts.• Identifying and reporting nonconforming parts while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• U.S. citizenship, required for ITAR-controlled aerospace and defense work.

• A mechanical or technical background in manufacturing, machine shop, automotive, maintenance, or a related trade.• Strong attention to detail, hand dexterity, and pride in producing quality work.• The ability to follow specifications, work safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.
