What You'll Do

As a 1st CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, or routers according to blueprints

• Secure parts in vises and run machine cycles • Inspect parts throughout the shift to ensure quality standards • Rework metal pieces and verify dimensions to match blueprint specifications • Enter feed, speed, and cut parameters while performing routine maintenance and keeping your work area organized

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints • Experience setting up and operating CNC machinery • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality
