Job Title: Overnight Machine Operator Pay: $23.63 per hour + 10% overnight shift differential ($26.47 per hour) Schedule: Rotating Overnight Shifts – 2 days on, 2 days off (approximately 15 working days per month) Hours: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding career opportunity in manufacturing? Join a fast-paced production facility in Sanford, ME, as an Overnight Machine Operator! In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping production running smoothly throughout the night. You'll receive hands-on training to develop your skills in machine operation, quality control, troubleshooting, and workplace safety while working alongside a dedicated production team. What You'll Do As an Overnight Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Training as an Operator Assistant to learn machine operations and production procedures.

• Operating and monitoring extrusion and sheeter machines during production runs.

• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

• Entering inventory, material consumption, and production data into SAP systems.

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, including OEE, safety, and TPM.

• Performing routine maintenance, submitting work orders, and documenting activities.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following 5S practices and safety protocols.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) required.

• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.

• High school diploma or GED.
