Pay: $21.00 per hour Hours: Full time, 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm) Start Date: ASAP

As a Web Press Operator Trainee, you'll learn to operate high-volume printing presses that produce colorful, high-quality business forms. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills in machine operation, quality control, and maintenance.

What You’ll Do

As a Web Press Operator Trainee, you will be responsible for: • Assisting with the setup and operation of multi-color printing presses • Reading job tickets to understand specific printing requirements • Confirming stock availability and preparing inks and chemicals • Monitoring press operations and making minor adjustments as needed • Performing routine cleaning and small maintenance tasks • Ensuring product quality through self-inspection and adjustments • Logging production data and tracking job progress accurately • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • A willingness to learn and develop new skills • Previous experience with mechanical systems or hobbies related to mechanics is a plus

Location & Schedule
