Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm), Monday - Friday Start Date: ASAP

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and inspecting CNC machining centers (mills, lathes, or routers). You will work closely with your team to ensure precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC machining centers to produce parts according to blueprints
• Fixturing parts securely in vises and running machine cycles
• Periodic inspection of parts during your shift to ensure quality standards
• Reworking metal pieces to match blueprint specifications
• Measuring and verifying dimensions before and during machining
• Performing routine maintenance and keeping your work area clean and organized
• Entering relevant codes for feed, speed, and cut parameters for CNC programming

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint designs
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machinery (mills, lathes, or routers)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good attendance and reliability
• Basic knowledge of metalworking and machinery
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Location & Schedule
