Pay: $19/Hr. Bonus Opportunities:$500 sign-on bonus + 6% bonus on wages earned during your first 90 days - paid after 90 days
Performance bonus of 2% to 8% - paid every 6 months
Friday overtime & 10% additional wage bonus for Friday

As a Production Assembler, you'll perform hands-on assembly work to produce accessories, gas stoves, and wood stoves/inserts. You'll work on a production line where tasks can vary depending on the model being produced. You'll assemble components, use pneumatic equipment, apply paint and touch-ups, and work at different stations as production needs require. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary — training is provided. What You'll Do As a Production Assembler, you will:Perform repetitive assembly operations on production lines
Assemble accessories and gas and wood stoves/inserts
Place parts in the specified relationship to one another
Bolt, clip, screw, cement, and otherwise fasten parts together
Apply paint to cast iron components in a paint booth while wearing a respirator
Apply touch-up paint as needed according to safety guidelines
Operate pneumatic hoists to lift stove components weighing 35+ pounds
Work at different workstations as production needs require
Perform different assembly tasks as various stove models move along the production line
Maintain staging areas and keep traffic lanes open
Remove pallets, break down Euro crates, remove trash, and recycle cardboard
Empty the cardboard crusher when full
Follow Lean manufacturing processes
Participate in ergonomic evaluations and daily stretch breaks
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED equivalent
No prior manufacturing or assembly experience necessary
Willingness to learn basic computer skills
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Strong safety awareness
Ability to adapt to changes in the workplace

The work environment can reach 90–100°F seasonally, so candidates should be comfortable working in a warm warehouse/manufacturing environment.
